Viaje Cigars is releasing a new line for the European market known as Viaje ‘Circa 45. The line will have an official launch at Inter-Tabac 2016 being held in Dortmund, Germany. However, the cigar was given a soft-launch last night in Düsseldorf, Germany to cigar enthusiasts at Cigarworld by Tabac Benden.

While the Circa’ 45 was not brought to the 2016 IPCPR, Viaje Cigars President Andre Farkas shared some details of this European project with Cigar Coop at the trade show. According to Farkas he was looking to release a more traditional cigar geared for the European market.

Circa ’45 is being made at the PDR Cigars factory in the Dominican Republic. The blend consists of a Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper, Indonesian binder, and Dominican fillers. It has been launched in three sizes: No. 1 (5  x 52), No. 2 (5 1/2 x 58), No. 3 (6 x 54).

Inter-Tabac 2016 opens on Friday September 16, 2016.
