At the 2021 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, new company Casa 1910 Cigars showcased its first cigar offering, Cuchillo Parado.
Casa 1910 is a premium cigar company based in Veracruz, Mexico, home of the San Andres Valley, where much of the tobacco in Mexico is grown. The company name and brand name Cuchillo Parado have a connection. Cuchillo Parado is a town in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It is considered to be the place where the Mexican Revolution started in 1910.
As for the cigar, Cuchillo Parado is 100% Mexican puro highlighted by a Mexican Sumatra wrapper aged 3 years over Mexican San Andres Negro binder and filler aged five years. The cigar is being launched in one size – a 5 x 50 Robusto.
Cuchillo Parado is expected to reach U.S. Retailers later this year.
