Come February 2022, Reinado Cigars will add a second cigar to its Grand Apex Reserve line in the form of a 6 x 60 Gordo. This size joins the Robusto Extra size released last year.

The Grand Apex Reserve was Reinado’s first release done at Aganorsa Leaf’s TABSA factory. The blend consists of a Mexican San Andres wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The Gordo size will be available in 15-count boxes. The initial production of the Grand Apex Reserve Gordo will be 3,000 cigars (200 boxes), but the size will be an ongoing production.

“We look to build on the success of the Grand Apex blend with this new 6×60 vitola. It has been extremely well received at the retail level with reorders continuing to be placed. We are thankful for all of the support from Aganorsa Leaf as they work masterfully on our exclusive blends,” commented Reinado Cigars’ owner Antonio Lam in a statement to Cigar Coop.

In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Dementia Society of America.
