Tobacco Media Group (TMG), the host company for the annual TPE Trade Show, has announced a name change for the show. Starting with the TPE 23 show, the name will be changed from Tobacco Plus Expo (TPE) to Total Product Expo (TPE). The name change is reflecting the expansion of product categories coming into the show.

According to TPE, the show is looking to strengthen its position as a buying destination for the independent convenience store retailer. New categories being introduced at the show will include snacks, beverages, point of sale items, general merchandise, gifts, and more.  The show will continue to focus on tobacco and alternative tobacco products.

“We are really pleased with the increasing success of TPE, and are excited about the potential of our evolution to the Total Product Expo in 2023,” says Jason Carignan, President of Tobacco Media Group (TMG), the host company for TPE. “Every year we seek feedback from the show, and have consistently heard attendees ask for category expansion so more business can get done in one shot. This year we are answering the call, giving our customers an array of new exhibitors with products that their customers want and need. TPE23. We think the name has a nice ring to it.”

For TPE 23, the show has announced it will increase its floor space by 30% and feature dedicated space for the new brands.

TPE 23 runs from February 22 through February 24, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
