The Partagas Añejo, a small batch release that made its debut earlier this year is returning for a second run. Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) says the second run of the Partagas Añejo will begin shipping to retailers on October 3, 2022.

The Partagas Añejo is a barber pole cigar. The name “Añejo” means aged and it refers to the two wrappers used on the cigar – a rare 1998 Cameroon intertwined with a 2013 Connecticut Shade. The remainder of the blend consists of a Dominican Vega Especial binder and a combination of Mexican and Dominican fillers. The cigar returns in the same two sizes – each 4 1/2″ in length: Petit Robusto (ring gauge 49) and Esplendido (ring gauge 60). Both are presented in 25-count boxes. Production comes from General Cigar Dominicana in the Dominican Republic.

Distribution for Partagas is handled by Forged Cigar Company.
