The Gurkha Colección Especial, a limited production line, has begun shipping to retailers. This was a cigar that was showcased at the 2022 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A special figurado size of Colección Especial was shipped to members of the Tobacconist Association of America (TAA) earlier this year. The remaining production size (Robusto, Toro, and Lonsdale) are now heading to retailers.

“The Colección Especial was an immediate hit for everyone that had a chance to taste it at the show,” said Gurkha Vice President Juan Lopez in a press release. “Its hybrid Connecticut wrapper boasts a creamy and earthy, smooth and mild profile; something Gurkha hasn’t had in a long time. It’s an easy smoke for any time of the day.”

“Retailers have loved the flavor, construction, and packaging of the Colección Especial TAA Exclusive,” added Jim Colucci, President of Gurkha Cigars. “We’re excited to present this product to a larger group of cigar lovers and can’t wait to hear their responses.”
