Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Alec Bradley Cigar Distributors Inc. and its associated companies. The move takes effect March 1st. 2023.

Last week STG announced its intent to acquire Alec Bradley Cigar Distributors Inc. The transaction is said to be valued at $72.5 million dollars.
