Villiger Cigars’ is releasing a U.S. version of its Villiger de Nicaragua Edición Limitada 2022 blend for the U.S. market.

The Villiger de Nicaragua Edición Limitada 2022 first was seen at Intertabac 2022. It was released in the form of a 6 x 52 Toro for the non-U.S. market. Now the blend will be offered to the U.S. market in the form of a 6 x 52 box-pressed Torpedo.

Villiger de Nicaragua features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Mexican binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania. The cigar gets its name from the Villiger de Nicaragua factory, the facility Villiger Cigar has recently opened in Estelí, Nicaragua.

The box-pressed Torpedo cigars are presented in 20-count boxes. Pricing is set at $15.00 per cigar. A total production of 500 boxes (10,000 cigars) of the box-pressed Torpedo has been allocated.
