Next week, Tatuaje LLE Broadleaf, a cigar that debuted at the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, will be available at retailers.
LLE stands for Limited Lonsdale Extra, and it is a 6 3/4 x 42 box-pressed vitola. The size was initially released with a Sumatra wrapper under the name Tatuaje LLE Capa Especial. As the name indicates, the LLE Broadleaf uses a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Tatuaje has said the format shows off the wrapper well. The company waited two years for the Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers being used at the factory to finish processing before use. The remainder of the blend features all Nicaraguan tobaccos.
The Tatuaje LLE Broadleaf comes in 20-count boxes and is limited to 1,500 boxes (30,000 cigars) produced. Pricing is set at $11.00 MSRP for the cigar.
