Plasencia Cigars will release El Año de la Culebra – Edición Limitada 2025, the fifth limited edition cigar in its Chinese New Year collection. This will be released to coincide with the Year of the Snake for the Chinese New Year. El Año de la Culebra comes in a ten-count box consisting of eight lanceros and a culebra consisting of two intertwined cigars.
The blend is a Nicaraguan puro, with vitolas measuring 7 x 40. A total of 6,000 boxes are being released, with 3,000 allocated for the U.S. market.
“‘El Año de la Culebra Edición Limitada 2025 is a tribute to the Chinese Lunar Year. Featuring elegant Lanceros and the unique Culebra, each cigar reflects the artistry and precision of our master rollers,” said CEO Nestor Andrés Plasencia in a press release.
Pricing for the lancero comes in at $49.00; the two-cigar culebra is priced at $98.00. El Año de la Culebra is scheduled to begin shipping this month.
