El Septimo Doble Gran Reserva

At the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, El Septimo Geneva will unveil the Doble Gran Reserva. It’s an ultra-premium cigar celebrating the 20th Anniversary of El Septimo Geneva cigars. The cigar costs $125, making it one of the company’s most premium offerings.

El Septimo was founded in 2005 as Septimo Concepts SA. The brand was acquired by Zaya Younan in 2019. Since then, Younan has been working to expand El Septimo into a global brand.

The Doble Gran Reserva features tobaccos that have been aged between seven and ten years. While specifics of the blend profile were not disclosed, El Septimos says the tobaccos come from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Costa Rica. The Doble Gran Reserva comes in one size – a 6 x 52 Toro. A total of 1,000 14-count boxes have been produced in what the company says will be a one-time production run. El Septimo will distribute the Doble Gran Reserva to its top 50 retailers worldwide.

“With the Doble Gran Reserva, we have harnessed the collective wisdom of global experts and fused it with groundbreaking scientific techniques in the fermentation process to create an experience that transcends tradition. This cigar is a living testament to our passion for innovation and our unwavering commitment to excellence and producing the best cigars in the world,” said Zaya Younan, CEO of El Septimo, in a press release

“Experience the Revolution at PCA Show 2025. Come and celebrate our 20th Anniversary with us, smoking our new Doble Gran Reserva,” added Younan.

The 2025 PCA Trade Show opens in New Orleans, Louisiana, on April 12, 2025.
