BOTL, LLC has officially launched their second cigar – simply titled “E”. The announcement of the launch was made on the 3/30/13 Cigar Authority Show in which BOTL LLC President Marc Aub along with Mike Daversa were guests.
The “E” cigar is not a surprise as in February, the “E” was announced as a part of the distribution agreement BOTL LLC was entering with Torano Family Cigars for its products. The distribution agreement also includes Palio cutters and the Esencia Cigar line. The “E” is officially the company’s second line of cigars. The Esencia line was launched five years ago, so there has been a five year gap between releases.
Aub and Daversa both described the cigar as being on the milder side, but offering up plenty of flavor.
Blend Profile
As the pre-release samples of the “E” have been floating around, BOTL LLC has been pretty tight-lipped on the blend details. On the Cigar Authority Show, Aub and Daversa offered up a little more in terms of the blend. Daversa confirmed the cigar is made in a different factory than the Esencia.

Interesting. We have the "E" lined up to smoke as our featured cigar on the show in a couple of weeks. What I'm REALLY looking forward to is seeing those stainless Palios hit the market in my area, though. I was very impressed with them at the show last year.
