Steven Ysidron, President of Epicurean Cigars that his company will be releasing a new limited edition cigar.  This cigar will be called the Gonzo Santeria.   Information of this new release first appeared on Ysidron’s Facebook page.

According to Ysidron, the Gonzo Santeria will be variation of his core line Gonzo blend, but feature a different wrapper and two additional leaves of ligero.  The cigar will be available in two sizes – a toro and a 6 x 60.   Each box will contain 50 cigars and there will only be 100 boxes of each size released.

Ysidron has a strong background in the cigar business, and is known for his time at Savinelli.  He then started Epicurean Cigars, and last December entered into an agreement with Emilio Cigars to handle his company’s distribution.

While specifics of the blend were not disclosed other than what was mentioned in the Facebook post, we do know the Gonzo small batch line contains a Broadleaf wrapper, a double binder from Jalapa and San Andres Mexico, and fillers from Jalapa and Condega.
