General Cigar Company has announced two line extensions to its Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur line. The line extensions will include a new 660 (6 x 60) and a Short Crystal (5 1/4 x 50). The cigars will utilize the same blend as the rest of the Hoya de Monterrey Excalibur. The cigars are should be arriving on retailer shelves at this time.
The Short Crystal will package each cigar in an individual glass tube. The Short Crystals will be packaged ten per box. The 660 will be packaged twenty per box.
The new sizes will only be offered in the Connecticut Shade wrapper offering and not the Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur Maduro line.
Blend Profile
The Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur line consists of a four country blend. The cigars are made in Honduras.
