Add Basel, Switzerland to the list of growing Davidoff Flagship stores.  Today the company announced the opening of a “Davidoff of Geneva – since 1911″ store” located at the historical building at Rheinsprung 5/Eisengasse.  The opening of this store anchors a Davidoff Flagship store in the company’s hometown of Basel.

The new Flagship store overlooks the Rhein river. The store itself is 128 cubic meters and features a 21 cubic meter walk-in humidor.  There is also 40 cubic meter modern cigar lounge.  The lounge features decorations that include: Bohemian glass pieces from Dechem studio and with artwork from Monica Ferreras de la Maza, and Jorge Pineda – both of whom who were the first Dominican artists to collaborate with Davidoff and its art program; the Davidoff Art Initiative.  There are 15 private humidified lockers for VIP customers.

Back in late March, the company announced the re-opening of its Flagship Store in Geneva.

Davidoff Flagship stores are stores that not only carry the entire Davidoff portfolio, also have a smoking lounge, and tend to focus on the entire customer experience.
