For My Father Cigars’ 2017 TAA Exclusive entry, the company reached back into the archives and brought back its very first TAA Exclusive. At the 2017 Tobacconists Association of America (TAA) Convention in Cabo, My Father Cigars announced the Jaime Garcia Reserve Especial Box-Press Torpedo is returning to be a TAA Exclusive Series entry for 2017.
The Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Box-Press Torpedo was originally released as a TAA Exclusive back in 2011. The cigar returns in a 6 1/8 x 52 box-pressed torpedo format. The blend incorporates a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.
This marks the fourth consecutive year My Father Cigars has been a part of the TAA Exclusive Series. In 2014, the company released the My Father TAA Exclusive 2014. In 2015, My Father Cigars unveiled the La Antiguedad TAA Exclusive 2015 by My Father Cigars. Last year the company released the El Centurion H.2K.CT Box Pressed Torpedo as the 2016 TAA Exclusive.
The cigars are packaged in 16 count boxes. Each cigar features a blue footer ribbon indicating it is a TAA cigar.
