At the 2019 IPCPR Trade Show, Espinosa Cigars showcased the 601 La Bomba Warhead V. As the name indicates, it is the fifth installment of the Espinosa’s Warhead series.

The Warhead is an offshoot of the 601 La Bomba line – Espinosa’s line of powerful Nicaraguan puros. For the Warhead, Espinosa Cigars introduced a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro based off the original La Bomba blend in a box-pressed format. Each installment of the Warhead has been a different limited production vitola where the Broadleaf blend is optimized to the vitola size. These have been typically one and done releases.

Warhead V features a 6 x 52 traditional Toro format, a size that has been popular in the Espinosa Cigars portfolio. The cigars are packaged in ten-count boxes.
