All Saints Cigars and Micallef Cigars have announced they are unifying their sales force under a single team. As a part of the arrangement, All Saints Cigars co-owner Micky Pegg will join Micallef Cigars as President of Sales of the combined sales team. While Pegg will be a part of Micallef in this new role, All Saints Cigars will remain independently owned.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together,” stated both companies in the announcement.
Although the sales teams remain united, functions such as invoicing, fulfillment, and revenue collection will continue to be done independently by both companies. Over the years, both companies have made significant strides in growing their brands, but this will allow them to go to the next level by combining teams.
Both companies say the decision to unite the sales force will maximize both companies’ sales footprint and resources while maintaining each company’s individuality. The aim is to extend their reach, deepen relationships with their brick-and-mortar customers, and offer a more comprehensive and seamless service experience.
Bringing Pegg on board will tap into his deep expertise in sales leadership. Before forming All Saints Cigars, Pegg spent many years at CAO as Vice President of sales. Meanwhile, All Saints Cigars will benefit from leveraging the in-house sales force that Micallef has built.
“Micky’s leadership and collective industry experience bring amplified energy to the sales process. He is like an orchestra conductor elevating each instrument, producing a harmonious whole. The sum is greater than its parts; for both All Saints Cigars and Micallef,” said Dan Thompson, President of Micallef Cigars.
The companies believe uniting the two companies’ sales functions under Pegg is a significant step further. Both companies say this isn’t merely a fusion of two teams but the birth of a cooperative business architecture that integrates the sales resources of both companies and cultivates broader market influence.
“I am thrilled to roll up my sleeves and work hands-on with a dedicated sales force once again,” adds Pegg. “I am transparent that All Saints Cigars is my Plan A and there is no Plan B. We’re implementing a strategy with Micallef that I firmly believe in. The decision strengthens Plan A and reiterates our commitment to excellence and growth.”
Both companies also reiterated their shared commitment to brick-and-mortar retailers going forward.

Very exciting news. Some of my favorite cigars in one company. Good luck to the new union.
