After nearly a six-year absence, the Davidoff Aniversario No. 1 is making a return for a limited run.

The Davidoff Aniversario No. 1 is a Double Corona that first made its debut in 1986 as a cigar that was created for Zino Davidoff’s 80th birthday. It was originally released when Davidoff still used Cuban tobacco, but when production went to the Dominican Republic, the cigar was also released using non-Cuban tobacco.

The 2023 edition features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and all-Dominican fillers in a 48 x 8 2/3 format. The cigars are packaged in ten-count boxes. One of the cigars will come in the famed wooden tube the line was originally known for. Davidoff says a total of 20,800 boxes will be distributed worldwide.

The Davidoff Aniversario No. 1 is scheduled to ship on October 12. The Davidoff Aniversario No. 1 joins the Davidoff Signature No. 1 Limited Edition and Davidoff Millennium Lancero as limited edition Davidoff White Label re-releases.
