Altadis U.S.A. has announced the third installment of its Trinidad Espiritu series, the Trinidad Espiritu No. 3.
Trinidad Espiritu No.3 pays homage to Mexican heritage and culture in its packaging and blend. In a blend created by Rafael Nodal and AJ Fernandez, the Trinidad Espiritu No. 3 features an extra-fermented San Andres wrapper over binder and filler leaves from Nicaragua. The cigar is being released in five soft-pressed sizes: Robusto (50 x 5, SRP $11.13/cigar), Toro (54 x 6, SRP $12.08/cigar), Magnum (60 x 6, SRP $12.68/cigar), Belicoso (52 x 6 1/8, SRP $12.61/cigar), and Fundador (40 x 7 1/2, SRP $12.50). The cigars will be presented in 20-count boxes.
“The packaging complements the cigar’s characteristics with a visual celebration of Mexican heritage to draw a connection with Mexican culture and its deep-rooted traditions,” says Olivia Saad, senior brand manager at Altadis U.S.A. in a press release. “The stunning design, inspired by the iconic imagery of vibrant colors and ornate details, reflects the festive spirit of this beloved Mexican tradition.”
Trinidad Espiritu No. 3 is expected to be released on October 31 to honor the commencing of la Día de Los Muertos, a multi-day Mexican holiday that celebrates and remembers loved ones who have passed.
Trinidad Espiritu No. 3 joins Trinidad Espiritu No. 1, which paid homage to the Caribbean region, and Trinidad Espiritu No. 2, which paid homage to Brazil.
