The 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show was historic for El Titán de Bronze. Many know El Titán de Bronze as the famed boutique factory in Little Havana, Miami. Over the years, El Titán de Bronze is well-known for producing small-batch cigars for many cigar companies. The company also has its own brands. This year, El Titán de Bronze was at the PCA Trade Show for the first time. They were there as a part of a new distribution agreement with General Cigar Company. Under this agreement, General is distributing one of their brands called Redemption. This year, an all-new Redemption cigar debuted at the 2024 PCA Trade Show.
It’s not the first time El Titán has worked with General or its sister company, Forged Cigar Company. The factory has produced cigars for the Cohiba, Partagás, and La Gloria Cubana brands, so this new partnership made a lot of sense.
General is going to market with a new Redemption cigar. Redemption features a sun-grown Ecuadorian Habano Claro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder from Estelí. The fillers are Nicaraguan tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa. Produced in ten-count boxes, Redemption will come in three formats (Corona, Robusto, and Toro). Slated for a July 2024 release, the new Redemption blend will be available full-time but in limited quantities. Therefore, General Cigar initiated a selection process for those retail shops that would offer it. The price point is $15.99 to $17.99 SRP.
In addition, General has another new cigar from El Titán de Bronze, the Cohiba Serie M Reserva Roja. This cigar was showcased at the Cohiba station within the General Cigar booth. The Cohiba Serie M Reserva Roja is being produced for General Cigar and is sold directly by them.
