The Traveling Cigar Road Show is making a return for 2024. Spanning 16 cities across the nation from July 29 through August 9, 2024, Rocky Patel Cigars, Altadis U.S.A, Oliva Cigars, and C.L.E. Cigar Company/Asylum will join forces to visit retailers in key cigar markets.

The show is geared toward retailers, not consumers. The Traveling Cigar Road Show gives an opportunity to meet with company representatives about featured products and summer promotions. While it’s primarily a one-stop sales event, there will also be an event-style atmosphere with food, drinks, and entertainment. The tour takes place at 16 key cigar “hot spots” in the U.S. and will be presented at select retail stores, restaurants, event centers, casinos, and museums.

The last Traveling Cigar Road Show took place during the summer of 2020. That was the year the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We are excited to bring the Traveling Cigar Road Show back to the trade this summer,” said Rocky Patel, CEO and Founder of Rocky Patel Cigars, in a press release. “The cigar industry is built on camaraderie and friendship, and we plan to bring a memorable experience for all attendees.”
.
“We are proud to be a sponsor of this great initiative,” said Davide Moro, CEO of Altadis U.S.A. “This is an excellent opportunity to catch up with our valued retail partners during the busy summer-selling season and look forward to showcasing our iconic brands like Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta, H. Upmann, Aging Room and more.”

Retailers who want to attend the ‘Traveling Cigar Road Show’ must sign up and register via appointment only. Step-by-step instructions will be emailed to eligible retailers by the end of June. Appointment slots will likely be booked quickly, so retailers are encouraged to sign up early. Sales representatives will also be available to answer any questions retailers may have.

“The Traveling Cigar Road Show is the perfect opportunity for retailers to meet with us and conduct business without having to leave their stores for extended periods of time,” said Cory Bappert, CEO of Oliva Cigars. “We encourage retailers to come out and enjoy with us this summer.”

“We encourage retailers to embrace the spirit of summer and sign up for their local event,” said Christian Eiroa, CEO and Founder of C.L.E. Cigar Company/Asylum. “Our team is excited to showcase our products and promotions to our supporting retailers.”
