Viaje Cigars is shipping its sixth installment of its Craft Series, Roots. This cigar brings Viaje back to the first factory it started working with, Joya de Nicaragua.
The Viaje Craft Series Roots blend features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and a combination of filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Brazil, and the United States. It comes in one size—a 6 x 52 Toro. Each cigar is wrapped in foil and packaged in ten-count boxes. Pricing is $11.00. The Joya de Nicaragua factory is located in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The Craft Series is a line that draws inspiration from the craft beer business. According to Viaje, each release will incorporate some of the best tobacco from chosen factories.
