Officially, the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show was the first since Raquel and Patricia Quesada assumed day-to-day leadership of Quesada Cigars. While Raquel has been a face of the company in recent years, Patricia has now returned, and together the sisters are continuing the legacy of the Quesada name.
In recent years, Quesada has refined its portfolio, focusing on two distinct brands. First, there are the Quesada-branded cigars, which proudly bear the Quesada name. Second, the Casa Magna brand has been steadily growing in popularity. This expansion was clearly showcased in the Quesada-Casa Magna Lancero Experience, which combines both brand identities. This unique offering features a selection of five Quesada-branded cigars alongside five Casa Magna-branded cigars, all presented in a 7 x 40 format. One of the lanceros is the highly rated Casa Magna Colorado LE, which garnered #3 Cigar of the Year from Cigar Coop.
The Quesada Oktoberfest is also making a return. Oktoberfest 2025 keeps to the San Andres wrapped Mexican blend that has been seen in the past few PCA Trade Shows. This year, it will be offered in five sizes:
- Bavarian: 5 1/2 x 52
- Kaiser Ludwig: 6 x 49
- Das Boot: 6 x 52 (Torpedo)
- Salomon Press: 6 3/4 x 50
- Uber: 6 x 65
The Salomon Press is a unique size, first introduced in 2014 with the Quesada 40th Anniversary line. The cigar, measuring 6 3/4 x 50, is pressed in the center but rounded on the edges, with tapering near the middle and ends. Previously, it was an event-only size, featured in the Oktoberfest 2014 line, and again in 2023.
