Espinosa Premium Cigars was once again center-stage at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show. The company had a large lineup of products it was introducing. This year, two brands were highlighted by Espinosa – 601 La Bomba Warhead and, of course, Guy Fieri’s Knuckle Sandwich line. This was a big year for Warhead; not only were there four Warhead releases, but Espinosa also debuted a new packaging design for three of the four. Speaking of Guy Fieri, he was again in attendance at the PCA Trade Show, marking the fourth consecutive year he has been there. Knuckle Sandwich also has a new core line joining Fieri’s lineup.
601 La Bomba Warhead 11
The 601 La Bomba Warhead Series is now in its 11th installment, as the name suggests. Since its debut in 2013, Espinosa has been releasing this limited edition almost annually. If you’re looking for something that offers a bold and robust smoke that resonates, Warhead is meant to do that. It originally started as an offshoot of the 601 La Bomba line, but using a Broadleaf wrapper. Each year, the Warhead comes in a different size and artwork for each release. Warhead 11 comes in a 6 3/4 x 54 Toro Oval-press.

The most striking thing is the packaging. Designed by Erik Espinosa Jr, the Warhead 11 comes in a bomb-shaped box with unique artwork. Espinosa Jr. is emerging as one of the top packaging designers in the business, and this release shows that. The bomb boxes contain ten cigars. Pricing is set at $15.00 per cigar.
601 La Bomba Warhead Re-Up Series
The bomb boxes are also used on the 601 La Bomba Warhead Re-Up series. This is a collection of limited re-releases of the 601 La Bomba Warhead series. Kicking off the Re-Up series for 2025 are the Warhead 1 and Warhead 6 releases. First released in 2013, the Warhead 1 is a 6 1/2 x 52 box-pressed Toro.

Meanwhile, the Warhead 6 is a 5 x 58 semi-pressed perfecto making its first return since 2019.

Both cigars come in at a $15.00 price point, and each bomb box contains ten cigars.
La Bomba Warhead: Independence Day
Espinosa Cigars is releasing a Warhead without a Broadleaf wrapper for the first time. Warhead Independence Day is a new blend, distinct from all previous Warhead releases. It features an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Espinosa Cigars expects each ten-count box of 6 1/2 x 55 box-pressed Toros to retail for $180. A total of 2,500 boxes have been produced. These do not come in the bomb box packaging, but the theme concerns the Independence Day celebrations.

Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua
Guy Fieri’s Knuckle Sandwich has introduced a fourth regular production line with the Puro Nicaragua. Puro Nicaragua features 100% Nicaraguan-grown tobaccos in the blend, highlighted by a Habano Oscuro wrapper. Puro Nicaragua comes in three sizes: Robusto, Toro, and Gordo – each packed in 20-count boxes. Pricing ranges from $13.50 to $14.99.

Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua had a preview at the 2024 La Zona Palooza event put on by Espinosa Cigars at its headquarters. Attendees of the PCA Opening party also previewed it.
Knuckle Sandwich Chef’s Special 2025
This is the fourth installment of the Chef Special Series. Each year, a new Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special has debuted with a different blend and format. Chef Special 2025 features a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It’s the first Knuckle Sandwich Cigar to use a Brazilian wrapper. Chef Special 2025 comes in one size – a 6 x 55 box-pressed Toro. A total of 2,000 ten-count boxes were produced. Pricing comes in at $16.00 SRP/cigar.
