Drew Estate has revealed its ninth Freestyle Live Cigar, the Nica Rustica Shade. Drew Estate made the reveal on the 8/26/25 edition of Drew Estate’s Freestyle Live Program.
This is the third blend under Drew Estate’s Nica Rustica brand. The Nica Rustica brand debuted in 2013 with its Broadleaf blend. In 2022, Nica Rustica Adobe was released, a cigar that was also part of the Freestyle Live program. That added a Habano-wrapped offering to the Nica Rustica brand.
Master Blender Willy Herrera said the blend for Nica Rustica Shade consists of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and Pennsylvania tobaccos. The cigar also features a Mexican binder and is finished with an Ecuadorian Shade wrapper.
The cigar will ship in September.
