Cigar Coop (L) with Manuel Quesada (R) at Outland Cigars |
There is no question that Manuel Quesada is not only one of the great cigar-ebrities out there – and backs up with knowledge and being a class act.
I have previously wrote, “… the man is a gentleman through and through. He probably is one of the most humble men you will ever meet and he would be the last person who would want to be the “face” of his company. And when you have been lucky enough to have had one on one and small group discussions with him as I had, you realize the class this man has. He also has a thorough knowledge of the cigar industry. Each visit with him has been a learning experience. On top of that, he also makes some great cigars in the Casa Magna, Fonseca, and now Quesada lines.”
I truly believe each time I have met Mr. Quesada and I have learned something. The following article has five questions for Mr. Quesada. Interesting tidbits include Mr. Quesada’s thoughts on winning the 2008 Cigar of the Year, his new Tributo stick, the new generation of Quesadas, and his thoughts on the industry. Even from this interview, I learned something.
