Viaje Secret Sauce

Viaje Cigars has launched an event only cigar called the Viaje Secret Sauce. We broke news a couple of weeks ago as the Secret Sauce made its debut at an Outland Cigars’ event in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 17th.  The cigar made a follow-up appearance at Greensboro, North Carolina’s Pipe and Pint on May 18th.  Both events featured Viaje President Andre Farkas.

According to Farkas, he called this his first “event only” cigar.  While the Viaje Exclusivo Corona Gorda has been used as an event only cigar, the Secret Sauce marks a new blend to be used for Viaje events going forward.

Blend Profile

Farkas told us that the Secret Sauce is based on the Viaje Friends and Family blend (our #4 Cigar for 2012), but ultimately is a different blend.  Farkas said it this uses all Nicaraguan tobacco.

Vitolas Available

The Viaje Secret Sauce is available in one size – a 5 1/4 x 56 box-pressed Grand Robusto.   The cigars are packaged 15 per box.
