Washington DC/Bethesda, Maryland based retailer W. Curtis Draper has announced they will be getting an retail exclusive vitola in the La Aurora Guillermo Leon Signature line. The cigar will be a lancero vitola and will be a part of the Tobacconist’s 126th anniversary. The Guillermo Leon Signature will be launched on September 6th – the eve of a scheduled visit to Drapers by La Aurora President Guillermo Leon.
For the packaging, a photo by Miami Cigar and Company on their facebook page showed a special footer band indicating the 126th Anniversary. The box also notes this is W. Curtis Draper’s 126th Anniversary.
The Guillermo Leon Signature line made its debut three years ago. The cigar gets its name from La Aurora Cigars’ president, Guillermo Leon. The Guillermo Leon Signature finished as our #25 Cigar for 2010. Over the past year, the 15 Minute Break, and the box-press toro of this blend have added to the line.
This is the second cigar as a part of W. Curtis Draper’s 126th Anniversary Series. Earlier this year, My Father Cigars released a limited edition retail exclusive to Draper’s.
