While much of E.P. Carrillo’s revamping of the company portfolio has focused on new blends and new packaging, it also has focused on filling gaps in the portfolio. One such gap was with short, thinner smokes.  At the 2016 IPCPR Trade Show, the Interlude by E.P. Carrillo was introduced as an offering to specifically fill that gap.

Interlude is offered in two blends – a Natural and a Maduro.  The Interlude Natural features an Ecuadorian wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. Meanwhile the Interlude Maduro utilizes a San Andres wrapper over an Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan filler. Both Interlude blends are offered in two sizes – Rothschild (3 3/4 x 48) and Carrillitos (4 x 38).  The cigars are packaged in five count packs and sold to retailers in with ten packs per box.

The Interlude by E.P. Carrillo has been aligned into the Dimension Series in the E.P. Carrillo portfolio, which ironically includes the large ring gauge INCH by E.P. Carrillo line.

At a glance, here is a look at the Interlude by E.P. Carrillo line.
