General Cigar has announced the third blend under its M by Macanudo portfolio called M by Macanudo Espresso. It is a cigar that also features the Macanudo brand’s first barber pole offering.

M by Macanudo is a line under the Macanudo brand of infused offerings. The line was introduced in 2018 with the original M by Macanudo, a coffee-flavored offering. It was followed up by the M Bourbon offering in 2019 with was an Old-Fashioned cocktail offering. Now the M by Macanudo Espresso brings together flavors of café con leche and café macchiato.

The cigar features Indonesian Shade and Indonesian Maduro wrappers for the barber pole effect. The remainder of the blend features a Philippine binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The M Espresso is offered in two sizes – Belicoso (6 x 54) and Toro (6 x 50). The cigars are presented in 20-count boxes.

“M by Macanudo Espresso delivers a rich and indulgent smoking experience for cigar lovers seeking departure from their everyday smoke. M Espresso, like the rest of the M line of flavored cigars, defies the conventional notions of a flavored cigar in that it smokes like a premium Nicaraguan cigar, but is enhanced with the perfect touch of coffee and cream. With its unique wrapper and nuanced flavor, it’s wonderfully unique and will most definitely be a staple in my humidor,” said Laurel Tilley, brand ambassador of Macanudo in a press release.

M by Macanudo Espresso is scheduled to ship to retailers on August 3.
