Alec Bradley Cigar Company has begun shipping US allotments of the Alec Bradley Fine & Rare BC-(13)4EV. They had been originally scheduled to arrive to appointed tobacconists by November 18, 2021, but packaging for this Fine & Rare release was affected by supply chain issues plaguing the cigar industry. The cigars are presented in 11-count boxes celebrate the 11th iteration of the project. A total production of 2500 Fine & Rare BC-(13)4EV boxes was created for global distribution. Ship dates to international accounts are unavailable at this time.

The Alec Bradley Fine & Rare BC-(13)4EV features a wrapper from Trojes, Honduras, and what the company describes as rare binder and filler leaves from Honduras and Nicaragua. For the first time, the Fine & Rare will be offered in a Churchill format with the BC-(13)4EV measuring 7 x 50. Each Fine & Rare box will contain 10 BC-(13)4EV cigars. There is an 11th cigar that is contained in each box that features a blend and size not revealed. Pricing for a box is set at $260.00
