At the 2022 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Jochy Blanco’s IndianHead Cigars announced a line extension to its La Galera Imperial Jade brand known as the Chiquito Perfecto. It’s a small 40 x 52 x 4 perfecto that will be sold in five-count units.
The La Galera Imperial Jade features a genuine African Cameroon wrapper over a Dominican Criollo binder grown on Blanco’s Jacagua farm. The fillers include Dominican Piloto Cubano from the Jacagua farm and Criollo ’98 from La Canela, the farm co-owned by Blanco and Litto Gomez. Production is handled at Blanco’s Tabacalera Palma.
The La Galera Imperial Jade Chiquito Perfecto is named for Chiquito, one of the rollers at Tabacalera Palma, the factory owned by Blanco. it becomes the sixth vitola in the line.
The La Galera Imperial Jade is already heading to retailers. Pricing is set at $30.00 for the five-count box.
