Smoke Inn has announced its third exclusive offering for The Great Smoke (TGS) Celebration, the Undercrown 10 Ming.
The Undercrown 10 Ming consists of a Mexican San Andres wrapper over a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper and a combination of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania tobaccos in the filler. The cigar comes in one size – a 5 1/4 x 50 Robusto. The Undercrown 10 Ming is packaged in a ten-count petaca (cardboard box). Pricing is set at $13.20 per cigar.
The cigar will only be available to TGS ticket holders – either in-person ticket holders or virtual ticket holders.
The name Ming has been used on Drew Estate cigars before. This includes Acid Ming and Acid Ming Dynasty. Ming is a nickname given to Smoke Inn proprietor Abe Dababneh by Jonathan Drew, Founder and President of Drew Estate. It is one of several nicknames that Abe has. The Ming name fits in with the 2024 TGS Event theme, the Year of the Dragon.
“Undercrown 10 was initially launched to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Undercrown brand, said Jonathan Drew, in a press release. “The introduction of the Undercrown 10 Ming is a big f*ckin deal in my very humble opinion. Undercrown 10 means everything to me, everything!! It’s about the first ‘Decade of Dedication’ that drove this historic brand. We gave this size to Abe because he’s put 100% of his heart and dedication into everything he’s accomplished. Full stop.”
In addition to the Undercrown 10 Ming, the 2024 edition of the Great Smoke has made exclusive cigars from Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust and J.C. Newman Cigar Company available.
The cigar goes on sale to TGS ticket holders on January 31, 2024. For information on tickets, please consult www.thegreatsmoke.com or contact Smoke Inn.
