Gurkha has announced a new large ring gauge line of cigars called Fat Boy.
Fat Boy is being introduced with a Habano wrapper. It comes in 20-count boxes in four thick sizes: 4 x 60 (SRP $8.95/cigar), 5 x 6 (SRP $9.50/cigar), and 6 x 66 (SRP $9.95/cigar). The remainder of the blend and production are not being disclosed, but Gurkha says they are produced in Nicaragua.
“The Gurkha Fat Boy is a wonderful addition to our portfolio,” commented Jim Colucci, President of Gurkha Cigar Group, in the press release. “Customers have been requesting a return of the larger ring gauges we used to carry, and we thought the Fat Boy is the perfect way to bring them back.”
Fat Boy is currently shipping to retailers.
