PCA 2025 Domain Cigars

Domain Cigars was one of several companies making their first trade show appearance at PCA 2025. Domain Cigars is a partnership between Esteban Disla and Daniel Lance. Disla is widely known for his tenure at the Nica Sueno factory, while Lance is an entrepreneur from the cigar business’s retail side. Together, they own Domain Cigars and are partners in their Nicaraguan factory, Tabacalera Familia Disla S.A., as well as in Tobacco Brokerage and their farms. This structure allows them to operate as a fully vertically integrated business, managing production from seed to store. Although Domain Cigars did not launch a new product at the show, it was an important opportunity for them to present their offerings to numerous retailers.

In addition, the operation is quietly building an all-star team. Recently, the factory has established a “residency,” bringing in two industry veterans to join the team: Kevin Baxter (formerly of Asylum) and Disla’s brother Raul (formerly of NACSA). However, perhaps most importantly, Domain is less about being a cigar brand and more about being a tobacco company.

As for the lines, the company has three core offerings. Each is highlighted by a specially sourced wrapper over tobaccos from the company’s farms.

Neutron

This Neutron Toro landed as #6 on the Cigar Coop Countdown. Neutron is highlighted by an aged AAA Mexican San Andreas wrapper sourced from TANICSA’s Gilberto Oliva. The cigars feature a double Nicaraguan binder and all Nicaraguan fillers. The filler tobacco comes from Condega and Pueblo Nuevo, using the factory’s exclusive “Despanic fermentation process.” This line comes in nine sizes.

Negantropy

Negentropy features an aged AAA Habano wrapper also from the Oliva Tobacco Company. The cigars feature a double Nicaraguan binder and all Nicaraguan fillers. The filler tobacco comes from Condega using the factory’s Despanic fermentation process. This line also comes in nine sizes.

Entropy

Entropy is an AAA Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper sourced through Dunn and Foster over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It was initially derived from a prototype release that the company was shipping to retailers. This line comes in four sizes.
