Roberto P. Duran Cigars has announced details around its new Neya line. Neya one of three new lines being introduced by the company at the 2014 IPCPR Trade Show. The Neya brand is being positioned as a premium brand offering.
According to company founder Roberto P. Duran, “Neya is a brand that took some time to develop as we used very well fermented leaves and well-aged Nicaraguan ligero. This is a full flavored cigar in the way that we understood the term in Cuba, which is to mean not spicy but a strongly flavored cigar which increases in strength when smoking the two larger sizes. As with all of our cigars they are rolled under strict supervision in our Nicatobacco Factory in Nicaragua.”
The Neya joins the value-priced Barocoa brand and super premium Roberto P. Duran cigar line as the company’s 2014 IPCPR offerings. Over the past year, the company launched three blends in its Azan line.
