At the 2016 IPCPR Trade Show, Arturo Fuente Cigars showcased a new limited edition line extension to its Casa Cuba brand known as Casa Cuba Divine Inspiration. This past week, the cigar began to arrive on retailer shelves.
The Casa Cuba Divine Inspiration is a different blend than the regular production Casa Cuba offering. It was blended by the late Carlos Fuente, Sr. – and it was believed to be the last blend he worked on before he passed away. The story is that Fuente Sr. had a dream about a modified Casa Cuba blend. Due to his illness, he was unable to travel to the factory in the Dominican Republic to blend the cigar. Instead, he called the factory and gave them the details to the blend over the phone.
The Casa Cuba Divine Inspiration was shipped in the form of a 6 1/2 x 47 Short Churchill. The cigar is packaged in 30 count boxes.
