Several retailers now have Tatuaje Anarchy NFT Cigars available for purchase.

The Tatuaje Anarchy was first launched in 2010 as a store exclusive to Smoke Inn Cigars and would go on to become one of the most popular single-store releases ever. The cigar has not been released since 2015.  Last year, Smoke Inn proprietor Abe Dababneh made the decision to bring back the Tatuaje Anarchy and put six NFTs up for auction, with each winner earning the right to obtain the NFT cigar. Not surprisingly, several retailers (including Corona Cigar, Blue Smoke of Dallas, Tobacco Plaza, and Unicorn Smokes) won the auctions. In addition, a seventh NFT would be kept by Smoke Inn. The package for the winners also included a humidor, the rare Tatuaje Pale Horse cigar, and some accessories with a unique artwork design. The winning bid for the six NFT auctions averaged $83,910.17. The Tatuaje Anarchy Website lists the authorized retailers.

Each Tatuaje Anarchy NFT owner will have the exclusive privilege to purchase a quarterly allotment of 15 boxes of 15 Tatuaje Anarchy NFT Edition cigars. For this initial shipment, 105 boxes were made available, with 15 going to each NFT holder.

As for the Tatuaje Anarchy cigars, like the previous installations, these cigars still come in a 6 1/4 x 48-52 with a cinnamon bun pigtail on the cap. The blend also features an Ecuadorian Habano Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The bands are slightly different and feature some holographic design elements.

As for pricing, Cigar Coop has been told several of the NFT holders are pricing the Tatuaje Anarchy NFT cigar starting at $100.00 per cigar and that one should expect pricing to be in that range or higher by the majority of the authorized retailers. By comparison, when the Tatuaje Anarchy 2015 edition was released, the MSRP of that cigar was $9.99.  The NFT holders are counting on the collectability and limited availability of the Anarchy to justify the price.

While the investment is significant, those making box purchases from an authorized retailer will have access to special benefits. This includes a collectible Tatuaje Anarchist Challenge Coin. In addition, those purchasers will have access to a private Facebook group, exclusive invitations to an annual special event, and access to limited offerings from Tatuaje Cigars.
