At the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, United Cigars will launch the limited edition La Gianna Havana 30th Anniversary Edition. As the name indicates, it celebrates 30 years of the La Gianna Havana brand.
La Gianna Havana first made its debut in 1994 as a cigar released to celebrate the birth of United Cigars’ owner David Garofolo’s daughter. Over the years the brand has grown to three regular production blends: Natural, Maduro and Angelic (sweet tip).
The La Gianna Havana 30th Anniversary is a barber-pole offering featuring aged tobaccos. The barber-pole combines elements of the Natural and Maduro offerings by intertwining Ecuador Connecticut and Mexican San Andres wrappers. The wrappers cover a Honduran Habano Criollo binder and fillers from Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. Packaged in 20-count boxes, the 30th Anniversary comes in one size – a 6 x 54 Toro. The cigar is priced at $12.00 MSRP.
“Thirty years of excellence, thirty years of passion, and thirty years of indulgence. That’s what the La Gianna Havana line represents,” said Oliver Nivaud, Director of Operations United Cigars, in a press release. “With each puff, you’ll embark on a journey, experiencing the palette of our dedication, passion and time.”
The 2024 PCA Trade Show opens March 23, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
