At the 2015 IPCPR Trade Show, Drew Estate Tobacco company will introduce a line extension to its Herrera Esteli Norteno line. The Herrera Esteli Norteno Edicion Limitada Churchill will introduce a limited edition 7 x 48 Churchill “Parejo Prensado” into the line. The new Churchill becomes the seventh vitola in the line and first line extension since Norteno made its debut last year.
While the blend will still feature a San Andres Mexican wrapper, Honduran binder, and Nicaraguan fillers, the blend has been slightly tweaked to fit the Churchill format.
In a press release announcing the Churchill, Drew Estate Master Blender Willy Herrera stated that, “the Norteno has been one of my favorite blends for many months now, with its meaty, spicy flavor; it just fits my palate perfectly. This new Edicion Limitada is based on the same Herrera Esteli Norteno blend profile with a few changes here and there. Any fan of our Herrera Esteli lines will definitely enjoy these sticks. Pick them up soon as they’re sure to sell out quickly!”
The Norteno Edicion Limitada Churchill will be packaged in 15 count boxes. Each cigar will have a price point of $14.00. Plans are for the Churchill to ship to Drew Diplomat retailers in September.
