At the 2021 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show, Pete Johnson announced the seventh sampler based on his Monsters Series, the Tatuaje Monster Mash. The new sampler is scheduled to reach retailers sometime this fall.
The Tatuaje Monster Mash includes vitolas that are based on the original full-sized release for each Monster blend, but 1 1/2 inches shorter than that original release. Monster Mash features all thirteen blends for the Monster Series plus a 14th blend called “Creature” – based on The Creature from the Black Lagoon character.
The Creature will be a perfecto vitola measuring 5 3/8 x 48 – it’s the same size as the Tatuaje Private Reserve Británicas Extra. No details on the blend were disclosed.
The Monster Mash will bring the total number of Monster vitolas released by Tatuaje to 70. For the Michael and Bride blends, it marks the first time these will be offered in a different size than the original.
