PCA Responds to FDA’s Proposed New Requirements for Tobacco Product Manufacturing Practices and Outlines Consequences
Following the issuing of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s proposed requirements for tobacco product manufacturing processes to the Federal Register, the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) issued a response on the proposed rules. In addition the organization warned of some of the consequences of such rules. We got the details here.
