Ferio Tego Branded Cigars Announced
This week Ferio Tego, the new cigar venture started by former Nat Sherman International employees Michael Herklots and Brendon Scott, has announced the official launch of the Ferio Tego brand of premium cigars. There will be two limited offerings at first, Ferio Tego Elegancia and Ferio Tego Generoso. We have the details here.

Legislative News
- House of Representatives: HR 3982 is a proposed piece of legislation that calls for an exemption from FDA Regulation for premium handmade cigars. This week Debbie Lesko [R-AZ] and David Joyce [R-OH] signed on as co-sponsors. The total number of sponsors is now at 30.
- U.S. Senate: S.438 is a proposed piece of legislation that calls for an exemption from FDA Regulation for premium handmade cigars. This week no new co-sponsors were added. The total number of sponsors remains at nine.
