At the 2022 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show, Alec Bradley Cigar Company will launch the third installment of its Experimental Series, the Alec Bradley Double Broadleaf. The cigar features Honduran Broadleaf used for the wrapper and binder. We’ve got the details here.

- House of Representatives: HR 3982 is a proposed piece of legislation that calls for an exemption from FDA Regulation for premium handmade cigars. This week no new co-sponsors signed on. The total number of sponsors remains at 59.
- U.S. Senate: S.438 is a proposed piece of legislation that calls for an exemption from FDA Regulation for premium handmade cigars. This week no new co-sponsors were added. The total number of sponsors remains at nine.
- Los Angeles: The city has issued a flavored tobacco ban.
- FDA: Opened up registration for the upcoming listening sessions on the agency’s proposed flavored tobacco and menthol bans.
